ABSTRAK :
Limitations of surveillance by the humans in terms of time is not always able to supervise and monitor the condition of the goods as well as human physical condition is unstable and will continue to decline after a long work. The difficulties of the authorities in uncovering criminal cases one of which is the case of theft. This is because there is no or a lack of evidence that can be used as a document of the amplifier in the enforcement of existing laws.
To aid system development tool used, namely UserPort used to open the parallel port for connection can be directly accesed through the software make made later. Test methods used to platform qualitative tests on the practicality of system being built.
Testing is done by cmparing the three providers celluler making deliveries information quickly and accurately as well as the certainty or clarity of the information on submitted. The conclusions are thet the information submitted progress quickly to a mobile destination or recipient information. Thus the system can be used as a practical tool in the operation.
