ABSTRAK :
The recruitment system of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) has traditionally relied on manual processes, which are often inefficient and time-consuming. This research aims to design and develop a web-based recruitment system for TNI that facilitates online registration, document and physical verification by administrators, to display the selection results transparently in an Adaptive, Modern, Professional, Superior, and Humanist (AMPUH) manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design using UML tools such as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, ERD, and DFD, implementation using C# in Visual Studio 2022, and testing using the Black Box method. SQL Server was used for database management. The test results show that the system operates according to the defined functional requirements, such as online registration, generation of registration numbers (nomor animo), participant verification by admins, management of enrollment waves and locations, and publication of selection results. The system is also designed to be expandable toward integration with web-based selection platforms (LMS) and automated assessment to enhance transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process.
