ABSTRAK :
The development of information technology has now made it easier to manage data
and provide administrative services, including inventory management. The Personnel Support
Information System Sub-Department (SUBDISSIDUKPERS) of the Air Force Headquarters
(MABES AU) as part of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) requires an effective and efficient
information system to support the process of recording, monitoring, and reporting inventory
data accurately. This study aims to design and build a web-based inventory information
system by applying the Extreme Programming (XP) software development method. The XP
method was chosen because it is iterative and adaptive to changing user needs. The
development process starts from needs exploration, system design, implementation, testing,
and system evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the information system built is
able to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, as well as provide
convenience for officers in monitoring and reporting. This system also supports data security
and ease of access through a web-based interface.
