ABSTRAK :
The digital transformation in the era of Society 5.0 presents new challenges
in the field of education, including within military institutions such as the
Indonesian Air Force Academy (AAU). As a military educational institution, AAU
plays a strategic role in producing Air Force officers who are not only competent
in military affairs but also possess strong academic qualifications. One of the key
factors in this educational process is the role of lecturers as educators. However,
currently, AAU does not have a continuous and integrated system for evaluating
lecturer performance. This condition hinders the optimal evaluation of lecturers in
carrying out the three pillars of higher education: teaching, research, and
community service. This study aims to analyze and develop a web-based lecturer
performance evaluation information system supported by a MySQL database. The
system is designed to assess lecturer performance more validly, objectively, and
sustainably, taking into account the dual roles of lecturers as military personnel
and academic professionals subject to different regulations. This system is expected
to provide a solution for improving AAU’s internal quality through a more
structured and accountable performance evaluation process.
