ABSTRAK :
The results of observations at PT. PROJEK KARYA INDONESIA show that the employee salary management process is currently still carried out semi-digitally using the Excel application because it is considered less effective only 1 Commented G3 Choose a sentence that better explains the Companys constraints, the use of Excel is not manual (already computerized) people in real time to run the application. The management realizes that the system has limitations in terms of speed, accuracy, data security, and ease of access for the finance department in processing monthly salary data. This condition is a challenge in itself, especially when the number of employees to be managed is increasing, and the need for transparency and accountability of the companys financial system is increasing
