ABSTRAK :
Performance measurement is carried out at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bantul Regency using the Balanced Scorecard method. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of existing services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bantul Regency using the Balanced Scorecard method based on the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal perspective, growth and learning perspective. The data analysis technique used is quantitative by analyzing data from the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard.
The result of the research is that the performance of the financial perspective based on value for money is categorized as Good. The performance of the customer perspective is assessed with the customer satisfaction index categorized as Good, because the community is satisfied with the service they receive. The performance of the internal perspective is assessed with service cycle efficiency (SCE) categorized as good and efficient in the service process because the actual time is much shorter than the standard time set in the applicable SOP and where the development of new innovation services that there have already reached 35.29%. The performance of the growth and learning perspective is assessed from employee attendance where the average percentage level of employees reaches 99.5% categorized as good or very optimal.
