In knowing the description of the employee recruitment system applied at PT. Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera, conducted a study that aims to identify and analyze the employee recruitment system that occurs in the company which can later be developed in the form of a distributed employee recruitment data processing system. This research was conducted at PT. Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera has its address at Tangcity Business Park Blok F no. 32 Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 1 - Tanah Tinggi, Tangerang, Banten.
Based on the research that has been done, the employee recruitment data processing system applied to Pt. Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera still uses the manual method, causing several problems. Problems that often occur in these companies include the selection of application files that still take a long time, the loss of application files and the applicant criteria needed by the company do not meet the qualifications. For this reason, a web-based employee recruitment data processing system is needed with a distributed data processing system, which is able to increase data availability, faster system performance and the process of updating data at each branch office and company is integrated with each other. The proposed distributed employee recruitment data processing system is expected to help with all problems and is easy to use.
