DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING TOTAL PRODUCTION WITH FRIED CHICKEN USING FUZZY SUGENO METHOD (Case Study : Jogja Chicken )

ABSTRAK :
The production process is a means, method or technique adds to the usefulness of goods and services using the existing production factors. Decision-making process to determine the amount of production, especially in the business world contains large risks and needs to be supported by calculations done that the risk of loss can be avoided as well as Jogja Chicken which still determines the amount of production manually because it made a decision support system (DSS ). In DSS, there are three variables that are modeled ie, variable supply, variable demand and production variables. Variable demand consists of two fuzzy sets, namely, DOWN and UP, varibael inventory consists of two fuzzy sets LITTLE AND MANY with four production rule is a rule used by the company in determining the amount of production that is [R1] IF Request DOWN AND supply MANY THEN Production Supplies = 2 x Request - 9700, [R2] IF Request DOWN AND supply LITTLE THEN Production Supplies = Request, [R3] IF Request UP AND supply MANY THEN Production Supplies = Request, [R4] IF Request UP AND supply LITTLE THEN Production Supplies = 0.25 x Request + 8.900. ased test system and test system users is quite helpful but not yet effective in its use because 68% of respondents give a good assessment, and 1% of respondents give less to the assessment of this system.
