College of Technology Adisucipto (STTA) is one of the campuses in Indonesia who have aeoromedeling. Aeromodeling activities include; training making model planes, model planes fly training and follow aeromodeling contest. In making training learning model aircraft, currently still using conventional learning, using the media board and model aircraft.
Therefore we need a model airplane animation using 3D Max application that can be used for learning aeromodeling in STTA
In making model airplanes animation Outdoor Hand Launched Gliders (OHLG) Chuck Glider aeromodeling used animation production process flow is divided into three stages, namely Pre-Production as concept, story, storyline, Modeling, Texturing, and others, such as animating Production, Lighting, Rendering and others, such as Compositing and Post Production, Editing and Mastering.
Based on the results of tests performed, it can be concluded that:
3D Max software can be used to design a model airplane model Aeromodeling
Video Animation Aircraft Simulation models are very helpful aeromodeling learning process aeromodeling STTA.
